- 1 large russet potato
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese , shredded
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon bacon crumbles
Wash potato well and poke all over with a fork.
Place on a plate and wrap with a wet paper towel.
Cook on full power in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Turn over, and continue to cook for 3 more minutes.
Cut in half most of the way through the potato and fluff with a fork (if the potato is not soft re-wrap in the paper towel and microwave for 2 more minutes on each side).
Top with cheese, sour cream, and bacon.
