Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter , melted
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon egg , whisked
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

After Microwaving

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix butter, flour, sugar, egg and cinnamon in cereal bowl.
  • Microwave for 2 minutes (watch the microwave until it stops puffing up and the top is no longer wet).
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon topping and sprinkle over cooked cookie before eating.
