- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter , melted
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon egg , whisked
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
After Microwaving
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Mix butter, flour, sugar, egg and cinnamon in cereal bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes (watch the microwave until it stops puffing up and the top is no longer wet).
Mix sugar and cinnamon topping and sprinkle over cooked cookie before eating.
