  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter , softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 large egg beaten


  • Put the chocolate chips and butter in a microwave safe bowl or mug and microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • Add in the sugar, vanilla, flour and egg.
  • Microwave again for 45 seconds and enjoy immediately or top with vanilla ice cream.
