Ingredients

  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 tortilla , cut into 4
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 1 packet hot sauce

Instructions

  • Layer the refried beans, pieces of tortilla, salsa (mixed with hot sauce) and cheese in 4 layers then cover with a wet paper towel and microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Serve with more salsa and eat with fork or spoon.
