Ingredients

  • 2 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 flour tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter , divided
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Whisk together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
  • Add mixture to tortilla and fold into a burrito shape.
  • Rub 1/2 tablespoon butter over both sides of the microwave sandwich maker.
  • Add the folded tortilla and microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate.
  • Rub remaining butter over cooked crispy burrito and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
