Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon diced green chiles , canned
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese , shredded

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in your microwave.
  • Whisk in two eggs, milk and green chiles into your melted butter.
  • Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds.
  • Season with salt and pepper and top with cheddar cheese.
