- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoons red food coloring
- 1 serving Cream Cheese Frosting for One
Using a fork mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in cereal bowl.
Add in the oil, sour cream, egg, vanilla and food coloring, mix until combined.
Microwave for 1 minute.
