- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar , for sprinkling
Put the oats in a large mug or cup and add the water.
Stir, then microwave on hight for 1 minute.
Remove from the microwave and stir in the evaporated milk.
Return to the microwave for 1 more minute.
Stir well and allow to stand for 1 minute.
Serve with sprinkled brown sugar.
