- 1/4 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 slice cheese
- 1 hamburger bun
- 1 slice tomato
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a cereal bowl, then form into a patty shape.
Using the back of a fork or a toothpick, make a hole in the center the size of a dime (this will prevent the meat from rising into a ball shape.
Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
Flip and microwave for 1 minute.
While meat is cooking top bun with mayonnaise, then layer with a beef patty, a slice of cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
