Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 1 hamburger bun
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a cereal bowl, then form into a patty shape.
  • Using the back of a fork or a toothpick, make a hole in the center the size of a dime (this will prevent the meat from rising into a ball shape.
  • Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
  • Flip and microwave for 1 minute.
  • While meat is cooking top bun with mayonnaise, then layer with a beef patty, a slice of cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
