Microwave Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal

- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon chunky peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar , or 1 packet
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jelly
Put the oats in a large mug or cup and add water.
Stir, then microwave on high for 1 minute.
Remove from the microwave and stir in the milk.
Return to the microwave to cook for another 1 minute.
Stir in the peanut butter and sugar and allow the mixture to stand for 1 minute.
Serve with a dollop of jelly.
