Microwave Ramen Mac and Cheese
Microwave Ramen Mac and Cheese is delightfully creamy, rich, and has just the right amount of cheese to make it perfect.
Servings: 2 Serving
Add the ramen noodles to your ramen noodle cooker and fill with water (if you don't have one, cook them the usual way you do, then drain them).
Do not use the spice packet.
Cook for 3 minutes then drain the leftover liquid.
In a cereal bowl add the milk and cornstarch and stir well.
Cook for 2 minutes until the milk starts to thicken.
Add the cheese, mix well then add to the ramen and microwave for 1 minute.
