- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon diced green chiles , canned
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese , shredded
Melt the butter in your microwave.
Whisk in two eggs, milk and green chiles into your melted butter.
Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds.
Season with salt and pepper and top with cheddar cheese.
