WHAT TO SERVE WITH CREAMY CHEESY CHICKEN RAMEN

Creamy Cheesy Chicken Ramen is literally begging to be paired with garlic bread. The strong flavors of the garlic and butter will go so amazingly with the creamy cheese taste, which is literally a match made in dorm room heaven.

SAVE SOME FOR LATER

It’s easy to keep your ramen for later, just cover the top of your bowl with plastic wrap or scoop your leftovers into a plastic bag and stick it in the fridge for later. Because of the chicken in the recipe, your ramen will only stay good for around 3 days. Reheat it whenever you’re feeling hungry or are too hungover to cook.

COST FACTOR
$: Ramen noodles are so popular with broke students because of how cost-effective they are and how long they stay good in the pantry. Or box. Or under the bed. This recipe takes your basic ramen recipe and amps it up without adding too many dollars to the total cost.

MICROWAVE TABLE

  • 1,000 watts or higher: Higher wattage, lower cook time. Our microwave is about 1,250 watts, but if you have one with about 1,000 watts you will want to microwave your Creamy Cheesy Chicken Ramen for 2:25 minutes, then for 1:15 minutes, then finally for a final 1:15 minute.
  • 700 watts: Microwaves under about 900 don’t heat things evenly or consistently, so don’t go anywhere while you’re cooking. Cook the ramen for 3:25 minutes, then for 1:45 minutes, then finally for a final 1:45 minute.
