SAVE SOME FOR LATER

Your Molten Chocolate Chip Cookies will definitely be better eaten fresh, but you absolutely can save them in the fridge for ups to a week as long as you keep them wrapped up or sealed in an airtight container. We also highly recommend warming them up in the microwave in :30 increments until the middle is molten again.

COST FACTOR

$: You really don’t need a ton of ingredients to make this recipe, and if you buy the dry ingredients in bulk you can save some money on future baking projects.

MICROWAVE TABLE

  • 1,000 watts or higher: Higher wattage, lower cook time. Our microwave is about 1,250 watts, but if you have one with about 1,000 watts you will want to cook the cookie for :55.
  • 700 watts: Microwaves under about 900 don’t heat things evenly or consistently, so don’t go anywhere while you’re cooking. Microwave your Molten Chocolate Chip Cookie for 1:15 minutes.
