SAVE SOME FOR LATER

Your eggs will stay good for up to 3 days, and when you’re ready to eat them just put them back in the microwave for 30-seconds, give them a stir and add more time as you need. You will want to eat them sooner rather than later since they are definitely better fresh.

COST FACTOR
$: You just need a handful of ingredients, and all of them are very cost-effective, which is good news for everyone. You can also buy a few of the ingredients in bulk and have enough to make yourself a delicious egg breakfast every day this week.

MICROWAVE TABLE

  • 1,000 watts or higher: Higher wattage, lower cook time. Our microwave is about 1,250 watts, but if you have one with about 1,000 watts you will want to microwave everything for 35 seconds, stir, and then again for 35 seconds.
  • 700 watts: Microwaves under about 900 don’t heat things evenly or consistently, so don’t go anywhere while you’re cooking. Cook the eggs for 50 seconds, then again for another 50 seconds.
